OVERRUN/UNDERRUN POLICY

It is common practice in our industry (we didn't make it up) to allow for overruns and underruns of 5%.

What happens during the imprinting process is that your items are run through complex high speed machines.  It is not possible to guarantee exact quantities.

Let's say you're getting 500 keychains imprinted with your logo.  The factory will probably put about 550 of them through their imprinting machine.  This guarantees enough good copies to fill your order.  Their quality inspectors will look over all the items and remove the items that have unacceptable imprints.  You will be sent the rest.

You will only be charged for the exact amount you are sent.  You will still receive the quantity discount of your order even if there is an underrun.
